Calendar of Meetings for the forthcoming year

The schedule provides residents with advance notice of Parish Council meetings and helps ensure that members of the community can plan to attend and participate in local decision-making throughout the year.

All meetings are held at Stadhampton Village Hall and are open to the public. Residents are encouraged to attend and take advantage of the public participation session at the beginning of each meeting, where questions, comments, and concerns can be raised directly with the Council.

The Parish Council considers a wide range of matters affecting village life, including local services, planning applications, community projects, environmental issues, and other matters of importance to residents.

The full calendar of meeting dates for the upcoming year is attached below.

Meeting agendas will be published on the Parish Council website and village noticeboard no later than the Wednesday preceding each meeting.

The Parish Council looks forward to continuing to work with residents and welcomes community engagement throughout the year.
